How we can help
No hot water is miserable in a Colorado winter. We repair all major brands of gas, electric and tankless water heaters, and keep the most common 40- and 50-gallon tanks in stock for same-day replacement.
Every installation is permitted, brought up to current Denver code and includes haul-away of the old unit. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we will tell you.
When to call a plumber
- No hot water, or it runs out quickly
- Rusty or discolored hot water
- Popping or rumbling from the tank
- Water pooling around the base
- The unit is more than ten years old
What is included
- Diagnosis and written options
- Same-day tank replacement in most cases
- City permit and inspection
- Expansion tank and code upgrades
- Old unit hauled away
Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If the tank itself is leaking, it needs replacing. For units under eight years old with a failed part such as a thermocouple, element or valve, a repair is usually worth it. We price both so you can decide.
Is a tankless water heater worth it in Colorado?
Tankless units cost more upfront but last roughly twice as long and never run out. Because Denver’s incoming water is cold in winter, correct sizing matters, and we calculate it for your home before quoting.
