How we can help
Much of Denver’s older housing still drains through clay or cast-iron sewer lines that are now sixty to a hundred years old. Tree roots, shifting soil and age take their toll, and the homeowner is responsible for the line all the way to the city main.
We start every sewer job with a camera inspection and give you the recording. Where possible, we repair or replace the line with trenchless methods that leave your yard and driveway intact.

Common questions
Do I need a sewer scope before buying a house in Denver?
Yes, especially for homes built before 1980. A standard home inspection does not include the sewer line, and a replacement can cost many thousands of dollars. A scope takes about an hour.
What is trenchless sewer repair?
Instead of digging up the whole line, we either pull a new pipe through the old one (pipe bursting) or cure a liner inside it. Both typically need only one or two small access pits.
