How we can help
A running toilet can waste two hundred gallons a day, and a dripping faucet is rarely just an annoyance. Small fixture problems are quick to fix properly and expensive to ignore.

Common questions
Will you install a faucet or toilet I bought myself?
Yes. We install customer-supplied fixtures and warranty our labor for two years. We just ask that the fixture is new and in its original packaging.
Why does my toilet keep running?
The usual causes are a worn flapper, a fill valve that will not shut off or a float set too high. Most are fixed in under an hour.
